Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days and prepared for dispatch from our fulfillment center.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day without any delays.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, order processing time may increase slightly due to volume.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS with courier details.
  • If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or refunds.
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to cancellation or delayed delivery of your order.
  • Orders with COD may undergo verification via call or SMS before dispatch to ensure authenticity and prevent fake orders.
  • Orders once dispatched cannot be modified, changed, or canceled unless approved by customer care due to special circumstances.
  • Bulk or high-value orders may require manual verification before dispatch to avoid fraud or address confirmation errors.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may take longer to dispatch depending on availability or preparation time.
  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse and packed securely to avoid damage, leakage, or breakage during transit.
  • We currently serve across India; international shipping may be introduced soon based on demand and logistical readiness.

2. Delivery, Charges & Tracking

  • Shipping charges vary based on delivery location and order weight, and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We offer free shipping on orders above a certain cart value, as mentioned during promotional offers or on the product page.
  • Standard delivery timelines range from 4 to 7 working days for most metro and urban locations in India.
  • Remote, hilly, or non-serviceable areas may take up to 10 days depending on courier service availability.
  • A tracking number is provided once the parcel is shipped, allowing you to monitor delivery progress in real time.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues once the parcel is dispatched.
  • Delivery attempts will be made at least two times before the package is returned to us by the courier.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • If the parcel is damaged, tampered, or open at the time of delivery, kindly refuse it and contact our support.
  • For any failed or missed delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours for re-dispatch or alternate arrangements.
  • We do not support “open box delivery”; parcels must be accepted sealed and can be returned if there’s an issue.
  • Once the order is marked “delivered” by courier, we cannot be held liable unless informed within 24 hours.
